visumoのコンテンツ配信に関するプライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、visumoの管理画面およびvisumoユーザーのウェブサイトにて適用されます。
また、visumoサービス通じてユーザー生成コンテンツを収集する方法および情報へアクセスし更新する方法についても説明します。

１.当社が収集するメディアと活用目的について

visumoは顧客が使用する管理画面および顧客のウェブサイトでユーザー生成コンテンツ（UGC）を活用する目的で
以下の情報をInstragramのGraphAPIを通じて取得しています。

  1. a.InstagramのユーザーID
  2. b.Instagramのユーザー名
  3. c.メディアの種類(image/video/carousel/igtv)
  4. d.メディアキャプション情報
  5. e.動画、画像のメディアURL
  6. f.オフィシャルアカウントにメンションしたコメント

２.当社が収集したメディア情報の削除について

要請があった場合、visumoは当社がユーザーの個人情報を所持しているか否か、
また所持している場合はどのような個人情報を所持しているかについて情報を提供します。

当社で収集したメディア情報はvisumoのアカウントの管理画面で修正、削除することができます。
また、サポートセンター（ https://visumo.zendesk.com/ ）への問い合わせ
もしくは support@visumo.co.jp へ連絡することで10営業日以内に必要なデータ修正および削除を行います。

Privacy Policy of Using User Generated Content

This privacy policy applies to the visumo platform and websites owned by customers who have engaged visumo (“Customers”).
This privacy policy describes how visumo service collect Information of User Generated Content from Instagram and how users can access and update this information.
If you have an unresolved privacy or personal information use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact visumo’s Data Protection Representative (contact information below).

INFORMATION OF USER GENERATED CONTENT WE COLLECT

visumo collect user’s information below through Instagram Graph API for using User Generated Content on visumo platform and Customer’s websites

  1. a.Instagram user id
  2. b.Instagram user name
  3. c.type of media ( image / video / carousel / igtv)
  4. d.caption
  5. e.instagram media URL (image / video)

ACCESS TO AND DELETION OF INFORMATION

Upon request, visumo will provide users with information about whether we hold any of user’s Personal Information.

Our Customers may correct, update, delete or deactivate information from our records by logging into account and making the appropriate changes. In addition, contact our support center ( https://visumo.zendesk.com/ ) or emailing visumo at  support@visumo.co.jp . We will respond to requests to access Information within 10 business days of receipt of such request.
